Renewed my contract but it's not showing as renewed and I am being charged extra.

I upgraded and renewed my Virgin Media Contact on July 13th but my account is saying that my contract has expired and I'm being over charged. I have the emails with the new contract. Finding it difficult to get in contact to sort it out.

    We're very sorry to hear about your package renewal not showing. 

    To confirm, how did you renew the package? Was it online or via an agent?

      I renewed online. I received an email informing me that my contract was coming to an end so I took up an offer in my upgrades. I have the emails to confirm my new contract.
