Renewed Contract
Is there anyway someone from Virgin can look into the renewed contract I agreed online and then again with an advisor over the phone but the bill I've been sent isn't the same?
I've just had updated bill for a new contract where the monthly payment we agreed is the correct, but there is a £40 activation fee that I was told would be free and I was also told I would be credited for an over charge as it took them that long to get back to me with the offer that was accepted but they said they couldn't find.
I was on the phone over an hour on this call and I'm trying to save having to do that again
