Renewed contract or not

I accepted an offer online to renew my contract and I have also received a contract via email yet virgin are saying I have not renewed and I’m now out of contract and being charged a lot extra any one had this issue with virgin ? I’m also being quoted a lot more per a month than the original offer I was sent to my online account

    Takes them weeks to process anything online. Then they might deny the offer ever existed, and try and flog you a more expensive one. Google 'baitandswitch',  a common VM tactic, which is illegal.
