Renewed contract but not showing or enabled
I am out of contract, so I went online and using the website, went through the process of signing up to a new deal (added sky sports hd as well), and was happy with the quoted reduced monthly figure. I did get a pre-contract email detailing the new deal (all looks correct) and got further emails last Sunday attaching an "e-contract" and details of the new monthly payments. We are now a week later, and my online account still shows the old (expired) contract, no mention of the new one, and none of my services have been updated (don't have sky sports hd). Anyone got any ideas how long this stuff usually takes?
Tried using the chat app to get in touch, but that's useless and haven't got time at the moment to sit for hours on the phone 😞
