Renewed contract but not on app

Hi, I've recently renewed my contract, got my documents and correct price charged but my app and the laptop show the old contract details from 2022 and that I've only part paid my bill as app has wrong bills from old contract, I've deleted cache, deleted and reinstalled app but nothing changes and laptop says the same, can anyone help ?

    How did you make this deal, was it on the App or your online account?

    if so this can take up to 10 - 14 working days to show active on there.

      Hi, i spoke to the retentions team on 20th March days after I had cancelled and they gave me a new deal and set it up straight away on the phone, I've had my new contract details same day and my first new payment of £69.17 has gone out of my account fine on 6th March but on the app and laptop it's still got the old contract details and that I've only part paid the wrong bill was for £158.72 on my app ? looks like my new contract needs linking to my app account info maybe ?
