Renewed Contract - Netflix now with Ads
My contract is due to finish 06/10/25 and i spoke with VM yesterday who convinced me to renew my contract. i was advised not once, not twice but 3 times that i would get EXACTLY the same package i currently have except for the broadband which i agreed a negotiated price on ( i have a copy of the full transcript to prove this). i agreed to the new contract which was due to start to today and the only change i was expecting was an improved broadband service, however, this hasnt happened and more annoyingly my Netflix account has now been changed to include ads which i didnt have on my previous Netflix agreement. As i am still within the 14 days cooling off period i am extremely close to just cancelling the new contract and going with another provider. Has anyone else been in this position and what was the outcome with VM? Thanks
