My contract is up soon and I wanted to check the price to stay with Virgin. However, I can only pick a better package than the one I'm on (M125). I have phoned customer services but their prices are higher than the online prices and M250 online is cheaper than M125 on the phone with customer services. Are Virgin forcing renewals to a higher package or is there an issue with the coding on the website?
