Renewal
I have read others posts here and it seems I too am unable to follow the renewal offer link in my email. I thought this was a fantastic idea being able to renew a couple of months before the end of contract.
I phoned up last week after the first email and was eventually told there was no way I could get the same price or less for my current services.
So why still send me the email again this week? Why the useless links and why on earth would you think customers are going to stay with Virgin when a basic thing like following a link to renew doesn't work?
