Renewal upgrade not taken effect
I'm an existing broadband customer and placed an upgrade order to add TV on 7th February online through my account.
I received an order number and contract summary and information sheets, but haven't heard any more since and the order isn't showing in my account.
I spoke with customer relations who gave me the email address of a manager who would need to progress the order but the email got a bounce back. Who do I send proof of my order to?
