Renewal problems
Despite having received an acceptable renewal quote, plus a separate amount to include TNT Sports, the staff at Virgin Media, by both phone and webchat, will not proceed with renewal at the quoted amount. We want to go ahead with renewal without TNT. My husband simply doesnt watch it anymore. The offer advised if I wanted to add any services or take any off, all I had to do was get in touch. This hasn't been the case. They want me to have an 02 simcard, faster broadband, Netflix, etc. It seems the staff are more interested in their commissions and bonuses, than what the customer actually wants. Ive been with Virgin Media for well over 20 years but I've given notice to quit because I simply cannot get this sorted. Ive even logged a complaint and received a resolution that was no resolution at all. It's been very stressful and time consuming. Has anyone else had this experience recently?
