Renewal price query

Hi I'm due for a contract renewal and I've been receiving  a recurring credit which isnt on my contract for the past 18 months. Will this still be the case if u I renew with a new contract? Thanks for any help

    Depending on what the credit is for, chances are VM will use the renewal as an opportunity to wipe the slate clean and start again (so they can charge you more!).

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

    No, the rolling credit would be for the current deal only. It's only ever used if we can't get the price we told you you'd have so a rolling credit is then used.
