Ordered a new package for my renewal last night details below.
I have this morning received the below email, i have done some research and can see that some people have ignored it and their order has gone through ok, am i ok to do the same?

Hi, @Akua_A The team didnt really help, they said they couldn't see anything there end. Having had a look at other posts it looks like it can take 14 days to appear.

So yes, online orders can take up to 14 days to process through the system.
In this case we'd advise waiting until after this time and if nothing has changed, please let us know.
