Renewal contract sent to wrong email
Good morning. Yesterday, 12th March, I went through the renewal process online and placed my order. A message appeared stating that the contract would be sent - to an incorrect email address. I changed my email just after I signed up to VM and my new email address appears on my account details. Also, you have managed to send me emails to my new address for 18 months with no problem and so I cannot understand why you would send a new contract to my old email address.
Would you please investigate this matter and take the necessary action to ensure I receive my new contract asap.
