Renewal contract not showing on app

So it's that time again where our VM contract is up for renewal. Having believed i completed the renewal on the app 13 Dec and received documents, it appears nothing has happened as I keep getting reminders for renewing. The actual renewal price now showing on my app is what I would like and want to get this sorted before my current contract ends and the price rocks beyond belief. It seems the app isn't going its job and the chat person I spoke to a week ago about this couldn't even come close to the renewal price when they offered to sort it. Please is there someone out there who can assist?

    It's common for a renewal offer to not be followed through even after it's been accepted. Lots of cases mentioned on here. You need to keep records. 

    Forum staff can't interfere in contract negotiations They can sometimes help with a complaint if it has gone wrong.
