Renew My Contract

Hi,

I am currently out of contract and would like to renew but with only the Broadband and maybe upgrade to a faster speed

    We're pleased to hear that you would like to renew and commit to a new contract with Virgin Media.

    However what we would need to advise is that negotiations for a renewal would need to be conducted via 0345 454 1111 or 150 from a Virgin Media landline.

    Alternatively, customers can review their self-care accounts to see what offers can be obtained via that portal.
