Register for ebilling

Wasted an evening try to register for ebilling. The help sections just send you round in circles and are no help. When I started with vigin media, nothing was mentioned about if I wanted paper or ebilling. Why is that not an option at the start?  Very frustrated. Please can someone just help me register for ebilling. Thanks

      Hey I would also like to switch to ebilling as it saves £20 a year , could I get a private message as well?
