Referreal question

Hello

I was referred to VM.  I signed up for the current credit offer with volt package and the agent says I cannot get a credit and a referral!  Ie I cannot have 2 promotions at the same time.

This does not seem fair as the person who referred me gets nothing.

Thoughts?

  • I think you should still be able to get Volt and then one of either the credit offer or referral offer. So does sound correct. However I would begin to question the sincerity of the friendship if the friend is, in apparent seriousness, recommending 18 months of Virgin Media to you. Have a quick look at the reviews and Ofcom sanctions.
