I think you should still be able to get Volt and then one of either the credit offer or referral offer. So does sound correct. However I would begin to question the sincerity of the friendship if the friend is, in apparent seriousness, recommending 18 months of Virgin Media to you. Have a quick look at the reviews and Ofcom sanctions.
