Sorry to hear that a cheque has been sent to an older address. If the cheque is not expired, then this can still be cashed if re-addressed/forwarded to your new address.Alternatively, we can cancel the cheque and re-issue another cheque after passing full account security. This may take quite a lot longer than the above. If you would like us to process the cancellation of the cheque and re-issue a new one, please join me in a private message so I can locate your account and pass the account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon, or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and selecting 'Messages' from the drop-down.
