Received cheque from virgin media

Hi, our previous landlord informed us that there was cheque delivered for us in old address. How we can request re sending new one (old one hasn't been chash out) to our current address please?

    Have him send it on to you, he just needs to re-address the envelope.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 
    Sorry to hear that a cheque has been sent to an older address. If the cheque is not expired, then this can still be cashed if re-addressed/forwarded to your new address. 

    Alternatively, we can cancel the cheque and re-issue another cheque after passing full account security. This may take quite a lot longer than the above. If you would like us to process the cancellation of the cheque and re-issue a new one, please join me in a private message so I can locate your account and pass the account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon, or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and selecting 'Messages' from the drop-down.
