Re: Switched off paper billing, still getting charged.

Hello

 

I have a problem not being able to cancel my bill being posted to me. I have written letter but to no avail I have been told to try to get your help

  • I follow the advise I get the options to select Braille, large text etc and at the bottom of the list is"eBills / Email / Text/ Post" which I have selected numerous times over the least 4 or 5 months.

    Can I ask if you have tried setting up ebilling? All you need to do is log into My Virgin Media then go to My Profile and check 'Switch to ebilling'

      Yes I have tried numerous times and have selected the only option applicable on the list "eBills / Email / Text/ Post"
