Re: Have to resubscribe to TNT Sports. What?

Hi, Went to watch MotoGP on TNT today and it said I had to subscribe at £7 a month for something that is included in my package !

I checked my Emails and Virgin had sent the following on 27/06/2024;

Hello

We wanted to let you know that we’re making a change to the way we provide TNT Sports channels in order to continue to provide the best value entertainment packages for our customers. We’ve noticed that you haven’t viewed these channels in the last 6 months, and therefore we’re removing automatic access to them from 30th June 2024. Don’t worry, nothing else is changing. If you wish to re-activate TNT Sports, you can click here for more information.

Thanks
The Virgin Media team

It now looks as If I have lost TNT for 48 Hours due to "re-activation of channels" that I watch or record most weekends ! What is going on ?

      Thank you for your link to what is being discussed , my search before posting had not shown anything. VM are upsetting a lot of customers including myself with loss of access, falls statments of non use of TNT sport and questions over why we are having to apply for a service we already had. Does anyone know If there is a super complaint system as this has effected so many and seems not to be rectified within the 48 hour timeframe given.

    Same here.  The Moto GP and bike racing in genaral is all we want TNT for. We watched the last GP, so where VM got the idea that we haven't used TNT for 6 months is BS. Also, the email turned up with just 1 days notice, and not everyone checks there inbox every day.
