Re: Cannot switch to paperless eBilling

Hi,

I've received a paper bill today (brand new customer).  As per the many other people on the forum across multiple threads, I cannot find any option to change to eBilling in My Profile, as My Profile does not exist within the page.  I don't wish to be charged so would like to update to eBilling today please.
