Quick question about moving house

Ive arranged for a move soon and the engineer is all set and booked for a certain time at my new address. Should all be smooth hopefully as no changes to equipment or package. 

My question is, does the service disconnect the day before moving? I work from home so need to know if i will have service the day prior to the move.

Can anyone assist please?

    Typically during a house move, there can be a brief period of disconnection of 24-48hrs. The Team who arranged your house move would have arranged this for the best time to avoid any inconvenience. You can find out more here
