I have been waiting since March for my free gift upon signing up to VM. I have tried contacting VM, enquiring as to when will I receive the promotional LG TV. The last attempt I was told I would be contacted within 3 days to discuss. Well, I'm still waiting for the contact many days after VM promised to contact me and I'm still waiting for the TV.
Wondering, have I been conned!
If this is like the usual reported cases, VM will refer you their promotional company, who will promptly refer you back to VM, who will refer you back to...

Thanks for replying. I have no email confirmation, but when I've discussed with VM they confirmed I was eligible for the free TV with the delay caused by a distribution issue with the supplier. I do have a snippet of the promotional ad.
