Promo code not working at checkout

Hi, I was sent a text message from VirginMedia a few days ago with my saved basket and a promo code for £50 bill credit. However, the promo code isn't recognised when I go to checkout my basket.

The code has been entered correctly, and it's only been three days since I received the text message. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
