Promised credit not applied to Wifi Bill
Hello,
I am not sure if this is being posted in the right section but I can't get through to customer service anywhere else! In December we upgraded our contract and then quickly requested to remove the upgrade and revert back to our original package. I was told by the customer service team over the phone that a credit would be applied each month to ensure that our price was the same as it originally was. However, this has not been applied and I have been billed an extra £40 roughly. Can anyone help with this? I can't get through to the WhatsApp or through phone call. Thanks.
