Primary e mail address

Question

I no longer have access to my old e mail address which is listed as my primary account address..I can't log in to my account any more&nbsp; I need to change this HELP

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐
We're sorry to hear you're having issues with logging in to your primary email address. Before being able to access this, you'll need to set up a VM O2 ID. You can find help on how to do this here.&nbsp;
Once that's set up, you'll be able to link your VM account to the ID and will be able to access your emails.&nbsp;

I can no longer log in to my Virginmeda as the primary account holder ss when I attempt a login with the e mail address it tries to send a request to confirm I'd to an e mail address i no longer have access to ..the problem with this it is still recorded as my primary account holder e mail address..this is very frustrating as being with vm for over 20 years now ..It seems impossible to resolve..j7st keep going round in circles..without any real help....🤔🥵🤬

Hello Ontski,I have the same going round in circles frustration !&nbsp; I got fed up with it all and went straight to ombudsman who took me on without many questions as they are aware of the futiity of us trying to access our emails and similar probs. Also people are writing to "Rip Off Britain" now and there is a facebook page for VM problems&nbsp; I urge you to try this as we are paying for a service and spending much of our time getting nowhere with these people . Best of luck&nbsp;
