Possible to get extension on bill

I have had an unexpected expense at home and wondering if someone could help me potentially putting an extension on my bill until second of june , many thanks.

    As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.  If you need is urgent, it would be best to phone Customer Services directly.

    SparkyPlug​ You should do as suggested by both Adduxi​ and also Vikki_M  in the other thread and phone Customer Services directly.

    You need to speak to the Collections team so may have to go via the Billings options
