Phone support?

Could someone please advise if phone support is no longer available? I have been stuck on web chat for a long time and it's excruciating, I am getting nowhere and would really like to speak to someone.

    Call 150 from a Virgin Media landline (free) or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (call costs may apply). The phone lines (if you can get through) may prove to be as excruciating as web chat.

    Depending on what your issue is, you may get some help on here if you can/want to outline what the problem is.

    It is a Bank Holiday weekend, so only offshore is operating. The UK call centres will be back to normal on Tuesday.

      Thank you, David, I am going to try again tomorrow after the bank holiday. I did have a web chat yesterday but unfortunately the conclusion was I would not be able to get an answers to my problem for up to 10 days. I unexpectedly received an email from VM with two documents attached, a pre contract and a detail of my order contract. I have not knowingly ordered anything or agreed to a new contract. It says I have a 14-day cooling off period from the date on the contract, but it was explained to me yesterday that it takes up to 10 days for any details to appear on my account and nothing can be done until that happens, leaving very little time for me to put a stop on this going through. I am finding this incredibly stressful so I will try to find a resolution tomorrow.
