Payment in advance

I pay my Virgin bill for my broadband and 360 box by receiving a paper bill each month and I pay via Paypoint

Is it possible to to pay my Virgin bill 3 or 4 months in advance via Paypoint?

    You would be able to make payments of alternate value of what is requested for the monthly bill via the barcode issues on the paper bills.

    We would however advise that you ensure a receipt is obtained for the transaction.

    Apologies, I didn't see your message. Presumably, if I overpay the bill, it will then appear as a credit on my account?

    I'm waiting for this months bill, if it doesn't arrive in good time, can I use the barcode on my Dewcember bill to pay?

    I'm a new subscriber, how long does it take for the paper bill to arrive after I receive the email stating the amount payable?
    My payment date is around the 26th of each month.
