Hiya,
I have a standalone Netflix account, my new Virgin package also includes Netflix. The standalone package is still charging me. I am logged in to the same Netflix account in both Virgin Media and the standalone platform.
Not sure if I got an activation code. Thank you for any help you can give me- Sabrina_B

Welcome back to our forums. Sorry to hear you are being charges twice for Netflix. We want to do our best to help from here. Just to confirm, is Netflix inclusive in your package or you are paying for it through your Virgin bill as seen here https://www.virginmedia.com/help/entertainment-services/netflix? If Inclusive, did you ever receive an activation email? Or is it a standalone Netflix account that you had before the package? Please get back to us and we will be happy to look into this for you.
