Passwords, Apps, My Virgin Media Nothing Works
So I have returned to virgin after being away for a couple of years. I cannot register on any of the apps or my virgin, I assume that my previous account hasn't been cleared. I try logging on to My virgin App, My Virgin Web, Virgin TV Go, Virgin Media Connect. It didn't recognise any passwords, reset password never sends an email and when I eventually get through to support I can't verify myself as I don't know the details they ask and can't login to my virgin media. Can anyone help or should I just cancel my contract, I was hoping there has been some improvements here at VM but I think I may be mistaken. Any suggestions, help, advice gratefully received.
