Password setup on app

Dcchurchill you are not the only one, I'm having the same problem. No point speaking to support, i have been on the line with them for the last 45 min, no help at all, they have raised a ticket but will take 5 days before it is looked at complete joke.

I was warned not to go with virgin but thought it cant be that bad  what a mistake.

    Sorry to hear you're unable to set up a password on our app. Does this mean you're unable to access your online account via the website?
