Password issue

Struggling to log in to either Virgin or O2

Tried using the same password I've had for many years, but doesn't seem to be working. When trying to change password, I get the message 'Request in Progress' and then it times out.

I can't sign in to either account.

Can anybody help?

    Have you setup the new mandatory VMO2ID account yet?

    We're sorry to hear you're having difficulty logging in. We've recently made some changes and you're now required to have a VM O2 ID. Once you've created this, you can link both your VM account and O2 account so everything is under one ID. 

    To create a VM O2 ID, please click here. Click on Sign in and then follow the steps to create your ID. If you run into any issues, you can find further help on this here.
