email password issues since October
I have found the solution
If you have logged on to your account, the password must be correct. If you are looking for a password to use with an email client, see below.
To create one or update an existing client password you need to follow these steps:
Sign into the My Virgin media account for the email concerned with your VMO2ID
Select Account Settings
Select Identity & Security Settings
Select Manage your products
Select Manage email app password
Click on the blue button 'Get New Password'NOTE - This is for email client password only. The VMO2ID login password is different, so don't confuse the two.
