Order status not showing in my account

Hello, 

Yesterday I upgraded my virgin media to a new contract with Gig1 Fibre Broadband and Mixit TV with TNT Sports.

I received and email with the order confirmation but am looking to get a delivery date.

When i go to the link to view my orders and appointments online it says that i have no open orders?

Can someone provide me an update on the status of this order please.
