Hi Matthew, no they said they weren't able to see the new contract until it's been processed which I'm a little confused about as to why it's not logged anywhere at all (even in the processing stage) and I'm sure you can understand is causing concern. Who can see it in this in between stage and can look into it further for me to provide an update? Many thanks in advance!

Thank you for reaching back out and this is correct.
The contract cannot be seen until after the 14 working days because this is how long it takes to become active sorry, we cannot speed this up either.
To confirm did you get an email to confirm the order has been placed after this was ordered?
However once the 14 working days has passed this is when we can jump in to see what has happened.
