Online contract renewal not applied from November

I renewed my contract online on the 19th November which was for the same package and a similar price. I received an email with the confirmation of my order and another with my pre contract documents on the same day.

When I login to my VM account online it shows as my contract is expired but more worryingly that my bill has now gone up from £87 to £147 as I am out of my initial contract deal. It doesn't show anything under my orders either.

Is there anyone that can help please?

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your new contract. Online deals can take up to 14 days to be added but we're way passed that date now.
