Online contract renewal not applied from November
I renewed my contract online on the 19th November which was for the same package and a similar price. I received an email with the confirmation of my order and another with my pre contract documents on the same day.
When I login to my VM account online it shows as my contract is expired but more worryingly that my bill has now gone up from £87 to £147 as I am out of my initial contract deal. It doesn't show anything under my orders either.
Is there anyone that can help please?
