I currently have two Virgin Media broadband accounts registered to the same email address
I am trying to change the security settings for one of the accounts, but I can't seem to access it. It will only let me see the settings for the original account, not the one I set up afterwards. In hindsight, I should have registered them on separate e-mail addresses.
I can provide both account numbers on request.

Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online accounts at the moment. It shouldn't be possible to create two online accounts with the same email address. Are you able to access both accounts seperately, just not change the security settings?

I only see one of the accounts when I log in with this email. I receive an email monthly with the two bills I pay for but two different account numbers. Would you like me to send you the account numbers so you can look into them?
That's odd as you should only have one active account set up at the property.
Are both emails addressed to you as the account holder?
