Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online accounts at the moment. It shouldn't be possible to create two online accounts with the same email address. Are you able to access both accounts seperately, just not change the security settings?

I only see one of the accounts when I log in with this email. I receive an email monthly with the two bills I pay for but two different account numbers. Would you like me to send you the account numbers so you can look into them?

That's odd as you should only have one active account set up at the property.
Are both emails addressed to you as the account holder?

I pay bills for two different addresses using the same email address. I cannot access one of the accounts, so I would like to change the settings/direct debit.

It's strange as there can only be one online account per email so to receive two bills for two separate accounts to the same email shouldn't be happening but would explain why you can only view one account via that email address.
Have you tried to set up an online account for the account you can't see using another email address if you have one? This would then allow access to make the changes.
