O2 and VM sign on problem

still cant log in, looks like O2 wants to sign up with a ID so you     an login to both with the one ID and password. If you are not a O2 customer, this may be the problem. virgin agent has issued a IT ticket, no response from 10 days ago. next can use my virgin media app again not an O2.how do we sort this out. Best of luck everybody

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account access for Virgin Media and O2 at the moment. Please can you clarify what you mean in the last couple of sentences, are you able to use the Virgin Media app and not the O2 app?

      firstly not O2 customer. my on line account using PC had to be resolved byVM IT both by chat and on line over several days. VM  app will not l me sign in, again by several chats and phone VM has issued 3 IT tickets still no joy with the android app on my m/phone. looks like O2 has a grip on things cheers

        If IT tickets have been raised, there's very little further we can do from our side so kindly remain patient, and we'll do our best to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
