Notice of evidence
I renewed an 18 month contract in April last year with the intention of following it through as I have for the last 4 years with virgin media.
Unfortunately, I received an eviction notice due to landlords ill health. I unfortunately have no where of my own to go and will not be in control of the bills at my temporary accommodation.
Is there a way to waive what will be a hefty cancellation fee?
