Not linking Netflix account to Virgin Media

Don't suppose anyone knows if there's a way to sign in to Netflix on 360 box without it being linked and attempted to be billed through Virgin Media? I have the Netflix premium plan included in my EE contract but when I sign in on the 360 it constantly asks me to link it to Virgin Media bill when I don't want to anyway round it?

    Sorry to hear you're having difficulties signing into your existing Netflix account on our 360 box. Just to double check, you're taking the option to "sign in" and not "sign up"?  Also have you checked here and here to see if they have any answers?

      Hi, yeah checked both of those but still nothing I want the sign in option on my personal Netflix account which I get through my mobile provider but it wants to link the Netflix account to my Virgin Media account which I don't want will pop up with the options of Standard and Premium when I sign in with standard saying included and premium costing an extra £7(even though I have premium as part of Netflix sub with EE) just won't let me sign in without demanding that it is linked to the Virgin Bill

        Thanks for getting back to me JAK92 and sorry that his has not yet been resolved. While I'm looking into this on your behalf, does the TV set your 360 is plugged into, have the Netflix app?

    Well this is weird so I've opened it up to take a photo and it's logged me in automatically and took me to my profile and is now not showing the "link to Virgin account" so no idea what's happened there! But all seems to be sorted I think....

        Hello, I am having the same issue as above on the 360 box. The sign in option which you typically see on the Netflix channel of 204 no longer exists and I only have a forced option of linking my Netflix account to Virgin Media, which I do not wish to do. I do not subscribe to Netflix through Virgin. I spent over two hours on the phone with various Virgin Media representatives yesterday to no avail. You still get the sign in option on Sky Tv, BT etc but it would appear Virgin have removed this option from channel 204 and the Netflix app of its 360 box. Is there a fix anyone knows of please? Thank you.
