Not getting anywhere on my billing/offers!
Getting lots of issues with VM, complaints team have closed my complaints, I specifically said not for them to close it. I'm owed money under the ofcom compensation team, 4 agents now have promised me it within 24 hours. Then it never turns up, the last agent just closed my complaint and said I agreed!
Bought VM in November, only got installed last Tuesday! Now every agent I speak to on the phone, lies to me says they've sorted the issue, then lo and behold, nothing has happend and I have to repeat the process over and over! Last agent has now CLOSED my complaint without resolving it
Emailed back saying I did not consent to it being closed, however it is still closed and no account credit.
Can you take a look if possible please?
