No welcome email or account number

I've been with Virgin Media since June last year but did not receive a welcome email. I am due to move out of my flat very soon and want to transfer over the direct debit to my flatmate, but I can't login to do so or phone up as I do not know my account number. Please could you advise how to access it?

    We're sorry to hear you've had issues sorting out your My VM access. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
