No welcome email or account number, not been billed yet
Hi,
I ordered wifi at the end of August and it came all fine and was working. However, I have not been billed yet and when I try to access my account, it says I need an account number. Yet I did not receive a welcome email for my wifi and have not been billed so cannot view it that way. The wifi has stopped working completely and I don’t know if its because of this and I can’t contact anyone to fix it because I can’t login to my account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
