No welcome email and no account number
Signed up for a new account in June, received equipment and my broadband is up and running but haven’t received a welcome email or account number.
Spoke to customer services who sent me the incorrect information by post after a week and spoke to them again at the weekend and I’m waiting on an account number through the post again. In the meantime I can’t set up my account, check any details or make amendments.
Any advice?
