No TNT after contract renewal

Hi I reknewed my contract in September which still isn’t showing on my account - it says out of contract however I reknewed online 

it also stated I would have the same deal and lose nothing - from today TNT sports is not working 

I spoke to someone on the phone who advised me that I should have it on my package and to turn the box off for a hour which I did but still no TNT

    Hi Linzilfc4 thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised here.

    If you are still on Maxit TV, and you haven't changed your package to Mega TV, then you should still have TNT included, it's only on Mega TV where it's no longer available for free.

    However please let me look into this further for you. I'll send you a PM so I can investigate further, respond directly when you can!
