No service since March 21st…Virgin doesn’t care.

New installation a couple doors down cut our cable and Virgin has been pretty nonchalant about it. 

  1. Hard to speak to an actual human being when you call
  2. When you do get someone they say the problem will be resolved by booking engineer
  3. Appointment scheduled, no one turns up. Appointment just keeps getting rescheduled for the next day, and the next day, and the next day…….still waiting for them to turn up
  4. Call to complain about missed appointments and they promise you the world then…no email, no call, no follow up, no accountability. They basically say anything to get you off the phone. 

  5. They don’t record what’s happening! There’s no email trace and when they do email you it’s the wrong information (which makes it seem like there either is no issue or it’s been resolved).

I’ve concluded they don’t want me as a customer. I’ll give them what they want but I’m going to the ombudsman about this and getting my compensation.
