No reference to complaint

I submitted a repeated complaint to Virgin Media, but I did not receive a reference number. I called customer support and was informed that no complaints had been received. After clearing my cache, I contacted support again, but they still said my complaint had not been received. I then called VM support to let them know I will write another complaint, stating that if I do not hear back or receive a reference number, I will escalate the issue to the Ombudsman and explain the problems I encountered with the Virgin Media website when submitting complaints.

By the way, on chat, unless the complaint is short, it will not be delivered.

  • This is typical behaviour from VM either to deny complaint received or claim that its been resolved when it has not. They are thoroughly useless, incompetent and the Senior Executive Board should hang their heads in shame at the way this company is being run,
